AI Suit Up

AI Suit Up

We partnered with AI Suit Up to reposition a consumer AI headshot generator from a dark, feature-led landing page into a realism-first, trust-first experience built to convert first-time buyers and justify a premium price.

The original page opened on a wall of tiny cropped faces and a generic promise, "headshots from your desk."

Buyers could not judge the actual output quality up top, proof was understated, and the heavy black theme worked against a product whose whole value is looking professional.

We rebuilt the page around the one thing that sells it: the result. A sharp, realism-led value proposition, real Trustpilot proof and recognizable company logos above the fold, use-case segmentation so every visitor sees themselves, and a clean, high-contrast system that lets the headshots do the selling.

Before Charly

Dark, Noisy Hero

The page opened on a mosaic of small, low-contrast faces against a heavy black background. The one thing a buyer needs to judge, output quality, was impossible to assess in the first few seconds.

Generic Value Proposition

"From your desk" and "without effort" described convenience, not superiority. Nothing told the visitor why to pick this over a free tool, so the offer competed on price instead of quality.

Proof and Relevance Buried

Trust badges were understated, there were no company logos, and every visitor saw the same one-size-fits-all pitch. Dense, small text raised cognitive load and pushed the reasons to trust far down the page.

After Charly

Realism-First Positioning

The hero now leads with the actual differentiator, "the most hyper-realistic AI headshot generator," paired with a concrete outcome: studio-quality headshots in one hour, ready for LinkedIn and resumes. The buyer understands the payoff instantly.

Trust-First Above the Fold

Trustpilot ratings, 20,000+ customers, recognizable company logos, and a 30M+ headshots figure now sit high on the page. Proof arrives before the ask, which is what lets the product hold a higher price with confidence.

Objection-Handling Structure

Use-case tabs (LinkedIn, Doctor, Realtor, Casual) let visitors self-select and see relevance. A direct comparison against ChatGPT and a physical photoshoot frames the choice, and a dedicated privacy section defuses the biggest fear of uploading selfies to AI.

The AI Suit Up page was rebuilt around a single job: prove the quality before asking for the sale. Instead of a wall of tiny faces, the new flow leads with a realism-first promise, backs it with Trustpilot proof and recognizable company logos, then routes each visitor to their exact use case. Every section is sequenced to build trust and reduce the friction that kept a first-time buyer from paying.

A brighter, high-contrast system replaces the heavy black theme. Uniform, studio-quality headshots become the primary proof, generous spacing keeps the page scannable, and a violet accent directs the eye to every call-to-action. The layout stops competing on price and starts selling on quality.

Objections are handled in structure, not just copy. Use-case tabs let buyers see themselves, a side-by-side comparison against free tools and traditional photoshoots frames the decision, and an explicit privacy section answers the trust question head-on. Together they supported a repositioning to premium pricing without losing conversion.

The results have been phenomenal. The most impressive outcome of the redesign has been a 20% increase in our conversion rate in only four weeks, proving the effectiveness of Charly Agency's design and strategy.
