ImpactBPO

We partnered with Impact BPO to turn a generic outsourcing website into a clear, proof-led platform that shows decision makers exactly what they get, how fast, and at what cost.

Impact BPO had two decades of nearshore operating experience, but the old site never said so in the first screen.

The homepage opened with a question instead of an offer, listed a services heading with no services under it, and left buyers to assemble the value proposition on their own.

We rebuilt the site around the sequence a buyer actually follows. A direct outcome-led promise, hard numbers as early proof, four concrete solution areas, named industries, and a short process that ends in a booked consultation.

Before Charly

A Question Instead of a Promise

The hero asked visitors whether they were maximizing their resources. That forces reflection at the exact moment a buyer wants clarity. Nothing on the first screen stated what the company delivers, for whom, or what the measurable benefit is, so the highest attention area of the page carried the lowest information value.

A Services Section With No Services

The services block contained a heading, one line of generic copy, and a button. The actual offer was missing. Anyone trying to confirm whether Impact BPO handled their specific need had no way to do it without leaving the page or booking a call blind, which pushes qualified traffic away before intent forms.

Proof Buried and Hard to Read

Experience numbers, client results, and testimonials existed but sat deep in the page, set in dense uppercase blocks inside a carousel. Credibility arrived after the decision point rather than before it, and the formatting itself slowed reading at the exact spot where skepticism peaks.

After Charly

Outcome-Led Positioning

The new hero leads with the result, not the question. A short benefit-first promise, a supporting line naming the nearshore model and the cost saving, and two clear next steps for different buying stages. A visitor understands the offer, the geography, and the economic upside within seconds.

Solutions Made Tangible

The four core service areas now sit in a dedicated dark section, each card paired with a small visual cue that shows the work in context rather than describing it in abstract. Self-qualification happens instantly, and the industries block directly beneath removes the second most common objection about sector fit.

Proof Placed Where Doubt Starts

Key operating numbers moved directly under the first value block, close to the top of the page. Testimonials were rewritten as named, role-attributed quotes with specific outcomes instead of anonymous praise. Every claim in the funnel is now backed at the moment it is made.

The Impact BPO site was rebuilt around a single buying question: can this partner take real work off my plate without adding risk. Instead of a page that opened with reflection and delayed the offer, the new structure moves in order, promise, proof, solutions, industries, process, results. Each section answers one objection and hands the visitor to the next, so the path to a booked consultation stays short and obvious.

"We knew our numbers were good, we just never got them in front of people fast enough. The new site says what we do in one line and backs it up before anyone has to ask. Our consultation requests come in far more qualified now, people already know what they want when they book."
