Infuse Hospitality

Infuse Hospitality

We partnered with Infuse Hospitality to move a premium, boutique hospitality company out of the commodity "contract foodservice" category and reposition it around its real advantage: restaurant quality experiences, built custom, for corporate and specialty spaces.

The old site sold Infuse the way its largest competitors sell themselves. The hero led with "Contract Food Service Management," a phrase that placed a hospitality-first, owner-minded company on the exact same shelf as Aramark, Compass and Sodexo.

The things that actually set Infuse apart, deep customization, culinary leadership and a true partnership model, were buried inside dense text blocks and a generic image collage.

We rebuilt the experience around one clear promise and one clear path. Appetite-first photography, a premium editorial system and decision-oriented modules now make the value obvious in seconds, while a segmented "Who We Serve" structure and trust-building proof guide very different stakeholders toward a single action: starting a conversation.

Before Charly

Positioned Like a Vendor, Not a Partner

The homepage opened on "Contract Food Service Management," commodity language that framed Infuse as an interchangeable supplier. For a company whose entire edge is boutique, customized, hospitality-first service, the first impression worked against the brand.

The Real Differentiator Was Buried

Customization, culinary innovation and the owner's mindset were the reasons to choose Infuse, yet they sat inside dense two-column paragraphs and a busy photo grid. High cognitive load, low clarity, and no fast answer to "why them."

No Clear Path or Proof

Competing CTAs, no visible social proof, and no way for a landlord, a corporate buyer or a specialty venue to see themselves in the offer. In a long, multi-stakeholder sales cycle, the site gave decision-makers nothing concrete to act on.

After Charly

Repositioned as Premium Hospitality

The new hero leads with "restaurant quality experiences," a premium eyebrow and full-bleed, appetite-driving food photography. In seconds, Infuse reads as elevated hospitality, not commodity catering.

One Message, Scannable Structure

Services and differentiators are organized into clean, purposeful modules: a focused service list, a "Built to Be Different" proof section, and a "Who We Serve" carousel. Cognitive load drops, clarity rises, and every section earns its place.

Trust and Self-Selection Built In

A testimonial carousel, an objection-answering FAQ and a segmented "Who We Serve" section let each stakeholder self-qualify, while a single dominant path ("Let's Talk" / "Book a Consultation") removes friction across the entire sales cycle.

The redesign is built on one strategic move: take Infuse out of the commodity foodservice conversation and give it the premium hospitality presentation its work deserves. Every screen reinforces that. The site opens on restaurant-grade food photography instead of stock imagery, states a sharp value proposition ("We Bring Restaurant Quality Experiences To Corporate Dining"), then walks the visitor through a deliberate narrative: what Infuse does, why it is built to be different, who it serves, and how to start. Where the old site asked visitors to read, the new one lets them scan, self-select and act.

Color Palette

A warm, elevated palette that balances corporate sophistication with hospitality warmth, exactly the brand's stated positioning.

Typography

A high-contrast editorial pairing that signals premium without feeling corporate.

Visual System & Conversion Mechanics

Full-bleed, chef-grade food and space photography does the heavy lifting on desire, per the client's own imagery direction. Coral is used sparingly and intentionally, reserved almost entirely for actions and key moments, so the eye is always pulled toward the next step. Generous whitespace and a calm cream base keep an inherently content-heavy business feeling light, premium and easy to navigate.

Closing (visual system → conversion)

The system is designed to convert, not just to look good. A single coral CTA color trains the visitor to recognize "the next step" instantly, while the editorial serif and refined spacing justify the premium positioning that lets Infuse compete on value instead of price. Structurally, the "Who We Serve" segmentation and the objection-led FAQ do quiet CRO work: they let landlords, corporate buyers and specialty venues each find their own relevance and pre-answer the exact hesitations that stall long, multi-stakeholder deals, so more qualified visitors reach the consultation.

"Working with this team was a great experience. The onboarding was thorough, the timeline was realistic and well-managed, and the team was always available when we needed them. The design process was collaborative and fun, and the final product was exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely work with them again."
