Tipriyo
We partnered with Tipriyo to reposition an AI 3D model generator around the only thing retailers care about, more sales and fewer returns, and turn a dark feature gallery into a light, outcome-led conversion experience for interior and furniture brands.
The old site sold the machine, not the money. "Transform Furniture Photos into Stunning 3D Models" led with the mechanism, backed by a wall of sample chairs and sofas and "Create Your Own" repeated eleven times. Impressive technology, no business reason to care.
First-time retailers had no idea why AR mattered for their store.
We rebuilt the experience around the payoff: high-end 3D visuals that lift conversions and cut returns, tied to real numbers and named platform fit. The result is a clearer value proposition, a guided path from photo to AR, and a premium presentation that finally speaks to a buyer instead of showing off to an engineer.

Mechanism Over Outcome
The hero sold the process, "Transform Furniture Photos into Stunning 3D Models," and a subline about digitizing furniture in 90 seconds. It described what the tool does, but never why a retailer should care. The one metric that sells, revenue, was nowhere on the page.
A Catalog, Not a Case
The page was a grid of eleven sample models with "Create Your Own" on every card. Lots of output, zero business context. There was no pricing, no proof, no integrations, and no clear buyer, so the tool floated in a vacuum.
Tech Demo Aesthetic
A heavy dark SaaS skin made Tipriyo feel like a science project. The styling signaled "AI experiment" to an audience that needed to feel it was a safe, premium addition to their store.

Outcome-Led Positioning
The new hero leads with the result, "High-end 3D visuals for interior retailers," and immediately ties it to conversions, cost, and effort saved. In the first few seconds a retailer understands the payoff, not just the process.
Proof That Sells
A dedicated stats block does the persuading: 94% higher conversion with AR, 49% fewer returns, and 42% of shoppers willing to pay more to view items in 3D. A three-step "photo to AR" flow and clear entry pricing turn features into a measurable business case.
Premium, Retail-Ready Interface
A light system built on soft neutrals and real product photography replaces the dark demo look. Named platform fit (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy) and dual CTAs make Tipriyo feel like a trustworthy retail product, not a lab tool.
The redesign is built as a single persuasive scroll, not a catalog. It opens on an outcome-led hero and product lineup, then moves through business proof, the three-step AR workflow, objection handling, and social proof. Each block removes one specific buyer doubt in sequence, so by the time a retailer reaches pricing and CTA they have already seen the value, the mechanism, and the proof. The core promise, more sales with less friction, is stated in the first fold and reinforced at every scroll depth.Color Palette

Color Palette
A soft, premium palette built on light neutrals with a single warm accent, signaling a retail-ready product rather than a technical tool. Two high-contrast dark sections punctuate the flow and pull attention to the highest-stakes moments.
Typography
A rounded geometric heading face paired with a clean neutral body sets a confident, approachable tone, premium without feeling corporate or intimidating.
Visual System & Conversion Mechanics
The system is deliberately quiet so real product photography and the numbers do the persuading. The dark blocks are reserved for the two moments that move a retailer most, the "3D changes everything" stats and the "you're losing customers" objection section, creating rhythm and directing attention exactly where conversion happens. Dual CTAs run through the page to catch both self-serve and higher-touch buyers.
Closing (visual system → conversion)
The system is designed to convert, not just to look good. A single warm accent trains the eye to recognize the next step instantly, while the light neutral base keeps an inherently visual, feature-heavy story easy to scan and navigate. Structurally, the outcome-led hero, the stats block, the three-step flow, and the objection-led FAQ do quiet CRO work: they show the payoff, prove it with numbers, explain the mechanism, and pre-answer the exact hesitations that stall retailers, so more qualified visitors reach the pricing and demo with intent already formed.

"We were basically hiding our best asset behind a science project. People landed on the old site, saw a bunch of 3D chairs, and left with no clue why it mattered for their store. Charly flipped the whole thing around the actual result, more sales and fewer returns, and suddenly retailers get it in about five seconds. The new page just sounds like it knows who it's talking to."
