Yashy
We partnered with Yashy to turn a single product page into a menopause health platform that leads with relief, proves it, and gives women a reason to stay.
Yashy is a founder-led menopause nutrition brand for women moving through perimenopause and menopause.
The original store behaved like a brochure. It presented the bottle, listed the symptoms, and asked for a purchase before it had earned any trust. No pricing, no proof, no product path.
We rebuilt the experience around the decision the customer is actually making. The new store opens with an outcome promise, backs it with verified reviews and clinical dosing, and gives every stage of menopause a clear route to the right product and a low risk way to start.

A Brochure, Not a Store
The homepage led with the product, not the outcome. Shoppers were asked to translate a supplement format into a promise of relief on their own. Nothing in the first screen told a woman what her life looks like after seven days on Yashy.
Proof Arrived Too Late
Certification badges sat above real evidence, but there were no ratings, no reviews, no guarantee, and no clinical framing anywhere near the buy decision. The page requested trust before it had built any.
One SKU, No Decision Support
A single product, no visible price, no subscription, and no way to match a symptom to a solution. A first-time buyer had nothing to compare, nothing to commit to, and no reason to return.

Relief as the Headline
The hero leads with identity, not ingredients. A rating strip, a verified review count, and a clear seven day expectation land in the first seconds. The value proposition is now the outcome the customer wants, and the product is the mechanism, not the message.
Credibility in the First Scroll
Clinical dosing, a 60 day money back guarantee, founder authorship, and a research partnership are surfaced before the first CTA. Doubt is answered where doubt is felt, which shortens the distance between interest and purchase.
A Structured Path to Subscription
The store now carries a shoppable range, transparent pricing, and a side by side between a one time purchase and subscribe and save. Symptom to stage mapping guides selection, an extended FAQ absorbs objections, and community and education sections turn a single transaction into retention.
The Yashy store was rebuilt around one promise, that a woman can feel like herself again. Instead of showcasing a bottle, the new structure moves in the order a buyer actually decides: proof, promise, product, price, and reassurance. Each section resolves a specific hesitation, so by the time a shopper reaches the offer, the objection that would have stopped her has already been answered.

Color Palette
The palette pairs a warm, calming neutral base with a saturated, high energy accent that carries the brand's confidence and refuses to look clinical. A deep grounding tone anchors trust sections and pricing blocks, while a bright optimistic secondary signals ease and momentum across offers and CTAs.
Typography
A bold, characterful display face gives headlines warmth and personality without slipping into medical coldness. It is paired with a clean, highly legible sans for body copy, keeping symptom lists, ingredient explanations, and FAQs effortless to scan on mobile.
The visual system does more than dress the page. Warm surfaces separate emotional storytelling from commercial blocks, high contrast panels isolate pricing and guarantees so they read as commitments rather than decoration, and lifestyle photography keeps real women in view at every stage of the funnel.
Conversion mechanics are built into the layout. Social proof sits above the first CTA, pricing is anchored so the subscription reads as the rational choice, the guarantee travels with the offer instead of hiding in the footer, and every scroll depth has a next action available.

"I started Yashy because I could not find anything that actually worked when I needed it. The problem was that our old site never said that. It just showed a bottle. Charly took the time to understand what women are really looking for when they land on our page, and they built the whole thing around that. It finally sounds like us, and people are actually buying."
