BRANDS WE'VE DONE THIS FOR
Any of this sound familiar?
Most stores we audit have three or four of these. The teardown tells you which one is costing the most.
Your ad costs keep climbing and your conversion rate hasn't moved with them
You know money leaks somewhere between the click and the checkout, you just can't point at where
You've run a few tests and none of them changed anything
Your product pages look good and still don't sell
Mobile converts far worse than desktop and you stopped digging into why
Nobody on your team has conversion as their actual job
What half a point of conversion rate is worth to you
You pay for every visitor who lands on your store. Most of them leave without buying, and you paid for them too.
Buying more traffic is expensive. Keeping more of the traffic you already buy is usually cheaper, and it works on every visitor from here on.

A preliminary conversion teardown of your store
Our CRO strategists analyze the full path to purchase on your store and pinpoint what stops people from completing the sale.
The friction points we find on your website pages, your cart and checkout, and mobile: gaps, missing elements, and steps that make people hesitate.
How it holds up against current ecommerce standards, how buying psychology actually works, and what a few competitors do at the same steps that you do not.
The main changes worth making, and which ones can move performance the fastest.
The same process we have run for 45 ecommerce brands over 7 years. The deeper work, session recordings, funnel analysis and a full testing roadmap, comes later if we end up working together.

Building a future-forward e-commerce experience for a next-gen beauty brand
Future Beauty had a real differentiator, makeup formulated with up to 99% skincare ingredients, but a dark editorial storefront led with mood instead of meaning: a vague "Formulated for Future You" hero, the science story broken up across product bullets and generic value badges, and new shoppers dropped into a flat "Buy Now" grid with no starting point.
Charly rebuilt the store around that one claim, stating it outright in the hero and turning scattered products into the 2-Minute Method, a named three-step routine with a built-in shade selector, while dedicated science sections, real-handle UGC, and a persistent trust marquee put proof exactly where hesitation happens.

Habthera had a clinically strong product but a brand trying to speak to everyone at once, mixing surgery recovery, rapid weight loss, and aging into one message, while a busy beige layout made it look like every other protein on the shelf and the science sat in flat, hard-to-scan copy.
Charly narrowed the positioning to a single job, total support for people on GLP-1 medications who don't want to lose their strength and glow along with the weight, then built a warmer premium identity and a conversion-first site where the "Glow Guardians" framework turns clinical ingredients into something people can actually feel.

Frankly So had a genuinely different product, a crunchy protein topping you sprinkle onto food you already eat, but a near-default Shopify theme sold it like any other supplement: price and specs before purpose, a low-contrast add-to-cart that disappeared into the page, and social proof buried at the bottom.
Charly rebuilt the store around one promise, protein made effortless, opening every page with the benefit rather than the spec sheet and answering hesitation in place with a category comparison table, a dietitian endorsement, and a 30-day guarantee, while a sticky buy bar and subscribe-or-buy-once toggle keep the path to purchase visible on every scroll.
From first call to teardown in three steps
30 minutes with Santiago, founder of Charly. You tell him about your store, your traffic and where you think you are losing sales. He tells you whether we can help.
Our team goes through your website pages, your checkout and your closest competitors, the same way we have for 45 ecommerce brands. Nothing needed from you.
On a second call you see everything we found and get a clear answer on what to fix first. The teardown is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
Most CRO agencies hand you a list. We ship the fix.
The recommendations get built
Designers and developers sit on the same team as the strategists, so what we find on Monday isn't waiting on your dev queue in March.
Brand doesn't get sacrificed for conversion
We run brand strategy alongside the conversion work, so the changes that lift your numbers still look and sound like you.
Same strategist, start to finish
The person who runs your teardown reviews every iteration the designers and developers ship, so the reason for a change survives the build.

Frequently Asked Questions
The teardown works best for DTC brands doing at least 10,000 sessions a month. Below that there usually isn't enough traffic to work with, and you're better off putting the budget into acquisition first. We also don't sell a fixed CRO package, so what we propose after the audit depends on what it turns up.
No. Everything in the teardown comes from what's publicly visible on your store.
Nothing. Send us your store URL when you book and we'll take it from there.
The first call is about your store and whether we can help. If we can, we run the free high-level audit and walk you through it on another call. If it makes sense to keep working together after that, we'll say so. The audit stays yours either way.
Shopify most of the time, plus Webflow, WordPress and custom builds. Most of what costs you conversions sits in the copy, the hierarchy and the flow, and that's the same problem on every platform.
Design and conversion are two different jobs. A designer makes the page look right. Our work is about what a first-time buyer has to see, and in what order, before they will hand over a card. In most cases we work alongside the designer you already have: we find what is costing you sales, they build it. If it is faster for you, our team builds it instead.
